All Estates of Lawsonia lots hold in common ownership out-lots 1, 2 and 3. Out-lot 2 (aka “Malcom’s Lookout”) is a private vista for Estates of Lawsonia homeowners (map). This provides wonderful opportunities to walk or bike to touch the lake or stroll in the woods just yards from your home. The homeowners association will set fees and they will likely be low because the only fixed obligation is to pay your share of the property tax bill, insurance and maintenance for out-lots 1, 3 and Malcom's Lookout (out-lot 2). For perspective, the taxes for the three out-lots was under $2,500 for 2019.

You will enjoy wide first-class roads without ever having to pay for snow removal or repairs.
- The utilities are all buried (no tree limbs cutting power in a storm) and include full sewer, cable/high speed internet and electrical service.
